A growing global organization is seeking an Accounting Manager. This is a newly created role reporting to the Global Controller, designed to support the organization’s continued growth as it works through IPO readiness initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the recording and reconciliation of weekly cash activity while partnering with Treasury to improve reporting processes and streamline cash booking procedures.
- Prepare and record monthly debt-related accounting entries while coordinating with Treasury and Financial Reporting teams on supporting schedules and documentation.
- Manage accounting and reconciliation of intercompany loan transactions, ensuring accuracy and alignment across entities.
- Prepare and record corporate accounting journal entries related to treasury activity, including letters of credit and other financing-related transactions.
- Prepare monthly monetary revaluation entries and ensure appropriate treatment of P&L and CTA impacts.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accounting entries are recorded accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal control requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for designated business units.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and resolve intercompany reconciliation differences and other accounting discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audit requests by preparing documentation, schedules, and supporting analyses.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen documentation practices, and enhance cross-functional communication.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including corporate or treasury accounting exposure
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
- Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze financial data effectively
- Proven ability to improve accounting processes and implement operational efficiencies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
