Sarah Englade is the Owner & Founder of Monarch Talent Solutions, specializing in executive-level, direct-hire recruitment in accounting, finance, and human resources in Houston, TX.
Before launching Monarch Talent Solutions in 2020, Sarah spent nearly a decade as a headhunter in the staffing industry. She was regularly recognized as a top producer, successfully placing over 2,800 candidates between 2012-2020 and generating millions in revenue for two globally recognized firms. Sarah now focuses on reinventing the recruiting industry by humanizing the hiring process one placement at a time.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs and cat, reading, traveling the world, working out, and volunteering at Dress for Success Houston. She is a 40 Under 40 Houston Business Journal 3X Nominee and has been featured in several media outlets, including Shoutout HTX, Voyage Houston, GoSolo, CanvasRebel Magazine, Houston Made, LFN Network’s Breaking The Silence Talk Show, and Houston’s Extraordinary Women in Business edition for Forbes magazine.
