Before launching Monarch Talent Solutions in 2020, Sarah spent nearly a decade as a headhunter in the staffing industry. She was regularly recognized as a top producer, successfully placing over 2,800 candidates between 2012-2020 and generating millions in revenue for two globally recognized firms. Sarah now focuses on reinventing the recruiting industry by humanizing the hiring process one placement at a time.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs and cat, reading, traveling the world, working out, and volunteering at Dress for Success Houston. Having worked in Human Resources for over five years in Houston in a variety of industries, I joined the Monarch team to pursue my passion for building strong relationships and making a positive difference in the hiring space.
