- Reports to: Managing Director – Family Office Accounting & Finance
- Revenue: $250MM
- Schedule: 9/80 work schedule or Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday WFH
- Salary: $85k to $100k, 10% bonus potential

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be a critical player in managing the financial activities of a private investment portfolio and family office operations. Your day-to-day will blend accounting fundamentals with exposure to real estate, financial markets, and strategic reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Record and manage journal entries across a complex structure of partnerships and trusts
- Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts with precision
- Process and reconcile investment activity from public brokerage accounts using specialized accounting software
- Assist with financial statement preparation and customized reporting packages
- Oversee accounts payable and check disbursements
- Support documentation and data collection for annual tax filings
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate billing, income tracking, and reporting for a diverse real estate portfolio
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2–5 years of experience in public or private accounting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal oversight
