ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an Independent Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for running a full desk, i.e., headhunting candidates and generating job orders for direct hire accounting, finance, and human resources for our clients throughout Houston, TX. To thrive in this role, you MUST bring an entrepreneurial spirit, the mentality to act as an extension of our client’s teams, and the drive to win! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing candidates through social media and networking, cold calling, and generating leads for our client’s roles
- Interviewing candidates to evaluate their experience, skills, and personality to best match them with companies
- Identifying and following up on job leads to convert job orders
- Generating new business by building and fostering relationships with companies throughout Houston, TX
- Approaching every day of work with Monarch’s core values in mind

- 100% commission – competitive payouts
